Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) / Oppositional-Defiant Behavior

Supplement GuideOnly in recent years have scientists come to understand clearly one of the mechanisms of obsessive thoughts and compulsive behavior: neurobiochemical imbalances or deficiencies in the brain. Christians also suffer from OCD and endure unnecessary suffering due to lack of understanding of the spiritual and physiological issues.

To present to Christians with OCD (what I wrote earlier about John and Joyce) can only induce withdrawal, anxiety, guilt, fear, and so on.

Conventional treatment utilizes drugs like Prozac and other SSRIs, often in higher doses for OCD than those prescribed for depression. Sometimes Anafranil (a tricyclic antidepressant) or Buspar (an anti-anxiety agent) may be prescribed. These drugs are variably effective and invariably toxic.

Recommended Supplements: At bedtime, Calcium, Bone Density (with magnesium and vitamin D), Vitamin C 1000 w/Bioflavinoids, and Multiple for Every Man and Multiple for Every Woman.  Do not take additional Vitamin B-Complex, Vitamin B-12 or folic acid beyond what is in the multiple vitamins. Some will need Brain Igniter.

If you have experienced positive results from SSRIs in the past, the above program should work well for you.

Note: You don’t have to order all the supplements listed for each health condition. Start with the first one to three products, based on your needs. Take supplements for a minimum of one month (in severe cases longer) until relieved of the symptoms. Then take supplements on and off for maintenance.
