If you take antibiotics, add yogurt or Probiotic-10 System supplement to restore healthy intestinal flora. Do not take Goldenseal and Echinacea more than a week.

Make a chicken vegetable soup with garlic, onion, ginger root, turmeric root (or powder) rosemary and thyme. Drink and eat four to five times a day.
