Anorexia Nervosa

Supplement Guide Anorexia is a disorder characterized by a distorted body image and a phobia of becoming fat. This debilitating condition usually affects teenage girls or young women. It affects about one in 200 persons in the USA. It may begin with bulimia (binging and purging syndrome). Anorexia in most instances is a brain/mind disorder and may involve hereditary susceptibility. It’s likely that the person with anorexia is depressed, conscientious, hypersensitive, shy, neat, compulsive, and given to unrealistic irrational guilt and striving for perfection. Recommended Supplements: Neuro Complex, GTF Chromium, Neuro Balancer (take 1 hour apart from other supplements), Multiple for Every Woman, Potassium, Immune Enhancer I and Immune Enhancer III. Some anorectics may need Zinc, Vitamin D-3 + K-2, and Advanced Gamma Vitamin E. If suffering from swollen joints (take Kidney Balance), brittle nails, dry skin, constipation, and insomnia, see recommendations for those symptoms. If the heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature are low, she or he must be given immediate medical attention. Eat five small meals high in protein. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and sugar. (See also Bulimia.) Other recommendations at personal visit.

Note: You don’t have to order all the supplements listed for each health condition. Start with the first one to three products, based on your needs. Take supplements for a minimum of one month (in severe cases longer) until relieved of the symptoms. Then take supplements on and off for maintenance.
